After installing the premium plugin:
- Go to WooCommerce → Plugin Settings
- Locate the License Activation section

FAQs
Why can't I activate the premium plugin license?
License activation may fail if:
- The license key is incorrect
- The domain does not match the registered site
- The server firewall blocks external requests
- Caching prevents verification
Verify these settings and try activating the license again.
Can I test the premium plugin before purchasing?
Yes. You can explore the plugin features using the live demo available on the plugin product page.
You may also install the free version from the WordPress plugin repository to test the basic functionality.
Why does the plugin say the license is invalid?
This usually happens when:
- The license key was entered incorrectly
- The domain does not match the registered website
- The license has already been activated on another site
Double-check the license key and activation domain.
Why does the plugin show an upgrade prompt even though my license is active?
This usually happens when the premium plugin version is not installed or activated.
Activating a license key alone does not enable premium features if the free version of the plugin is still installed.
Solution
- Deactivate and remove the existing plugin first
- Download the premium plugin file from your Dotstore account.
- Upload it via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Activate the premium plugin.
- Enter your license key again if required.
Once the premium plugin is active, the upgrade notice should disappear.
My license key is active, but premium features are not unlocked. Why?
Premium features will only work when the PRO version of the plugin is installed and activated.
If only the free version is installed, the plugin may show the license as active, but will not enable premium features.
Make sure the correct plugin version is installed.
How can I verify that the premium plugin is installed correctly?
You can confirm this by checking the plugin list in WordPress:
- Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins
- Look for the PRO or Premium version of the plugin
- Ensure the plugin is activated
If only the free version appears, you need to install the premium plugin.
Why are premium features missing even after activating the license?
Possible reasons include:
- The free plugin version is still active
- The plugin cache or server cache is not refreshed
- A plugin conflict is preventing features from loading
- The premium plugin was not installed correctly
Try clearing the cache and verifying that the premium plugin version is installed and active.
Why does the plugin still show the “Upgrade to Pro” message?
The upgrade message may appear if:
- The premium plugin is not installed
- The license was not activated in the correct plugin settings
- The website cache still shows the previous plugin state
Clear the cache and ensure the premium plugin version is installed and activated.
