I am not able to see one of my products on the Dotstore dashboard. Why so?

It is possible that the license has expired and you are viewing the list of products with the filter that shows valid licenses only. If your license has not expired and this issue persists, please contact us. We will investigate the problem and provide a resolution.

For agencies or multiple Dotstore account holders, it is also possible that the purchase was made from another account and you are searching for it in a different account. Please check the purchase confirmation email and the username mentioned in that email.

Navigate to the ‘Licenses’ section in your dashboard by selecting the corresponding option from the left-side menu bar. This will take you to a screen resembling the screenshot shown below:
