How to add category based fees

If you are sale special categories product and if you want to add additional fees for specific categories product then this rule help you to add extra fees.

Example: If you have special categories like Music, Paint balls and once user add any particular product from the selected then, it will add extra fees as below screen.

If Paint balls -> Accessories also contain which is cheapest products to sale then, this fees not apply as we have added second rule != Paint balls -> Accessories.
