Force select shipping method during the checkout process

This feature is used to customer forcefully allow to choose any one shipping method during the checkout process.

Generally, once the user adds the product to the cart then it will showcase the default first shipping method as selected but using this feature user forcefully needs to select any one shipping method and default unchecked all.
