How to automatically send a quote to customers?
Looking to streamline the process of sending quotes to customers automatically, including regular product prices, on a scheduled basis? This option is for you.
It's important to note that this feature is recommended for use only when product prices are hidden from your store, as sending regular prices in quotes may not align with your store's pricing strategy.
To set up automatic quote sending, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Quote Settings" page under the "Global Settings" menu.

- Enable the "Auto Send Quote" option.
- Specify the time interval for sending quotes by configuring the "Send Quote After" option. Enter a numerical value and select a time unit (e.g., days, weeks). For instance, setting the value to "2" and selecting "Days" will result in quotes being sent to customers 2 days after submission.
- Save your changes.
Please note that the time calculation for auto sending starts from the moment the customer submits the request. For example, if a customer submits a request on Monday, the quotes will be sent to them on Wednesday, as scheduled, two days after submission.
