How to add tooltip for merge fees

This feature is used to apply the tooltip text for the merge all fees feature.

This feature comes in handy, When you have merged all the fees using the "Display all fees in one label" option and you want to showcase any message with a merged fee label for your customers then you can use this feature.

To enable tooltip for a merged fees :-

1. Check or enable this option: "Merge all fee tooltip".
2. Set tooltip label or text in the "Merge all fee tooltip text" field.
3. Click on the "Save Master Settings" button.
