The Dashboard Overview provides a clear and comprehensive snapshot of your store’s extra fees performance. It helps you track revenue, analyze fee contributions, and identify top-performing fees through detailed reports and visual insights.


1. Total revenue generated by extra fees plugin

This section displays a quick summary of your store’s revenue generated through extra fees across different timeframes.

Metrics Available:

  • Total Revenue: The total revenue earned from extra fees since activation.
  • This Year's Revenue: The total fee revenue generated in the current year.
  • Last Month's Revenue: The total fee revenue earned during the previous calendar month.
  • This Month's Revenue: The total fee revenue collected in the current month.
  • Yesterday's Revenue: The total fee revenue was recorded yesterday.
  • Today's Revenue: The total fee revenue accumulated today (real-time updates).

For Example, if you’ve implemented delivery charges and packaging fees, this section will show the cumulative earnings from these fees over different periods.

2. Extra fees plugin revenue breakdown report

The Revenue Breakdown Report provides a detailed view of how much revenue each extra fee has generated. This section helps you analyze which fees contribute the most to your store’s income.

Information Displayed:

  • Fee Title: The name of each extra fee (e.g., "Express Delivery," "Gift Wrap").
  • Total Revenue: The total amount generated by each fee.

For Example, if "Gift Wrapping" generated $500 and "Express Delivery" brought in $1200, both amounts will be displayed under their respective fee titles.

3. Top 10 revenue-generating extra fees

This section uses an intuitive pie chart to visually represent your top 10 highest revenue-generating fees. It allows you to quickly identify the most profitable extra fees driving your business revenue.

Features:

  • Displays the top 10 extra fees with the highest revenue.
  • Provides a pie chart visualization for easy comparison.
  • Helps you identify high-performing and low-performing fees.

For Example, if the "Installation Fee" is your highest revenue generator ($1500), it will appear as the largest slice on the pie chart, making it easy to track and compare with other fees.
