How to add a tooltip in the shipping method

About the Rule:

This feature is used to apply the tooltip text or message for your shipping methods. 

How it works:

There are two options available for tooltip text.

1. Tooltip:

If you want to add your custom message with your shipping method as a tooltip then you can select Tooltip type as a Tooltip.

2. Subtitle:

If you want to add your custom message with your shipping method as a subtitle then you can select Tooltip type as a Subtitle.
