How to set advanced free woocommerce shipping in weekend

This feature is used to show the free shipping method on business weekends.

For eg.: On regular days it will allow the advanced flat rate shipping with a charge if the user orders any products but on special days like holidays or Sundays, etc. it allows free shipping.
