How to Add Express Shipping Extra Fees in WooCommerce

Using the Extra Fees plugin, you can apply a flat fee to orders that use faster shipping methods like Express or Next-Day delivery. (Plugin Feature: Shipping Method Fees)

Preconditions
- Extra Fees plugin is installed and activated.
- Shipping methods (including express) are set up in WooCommerce
Steps (Basic Flow)
- Go to
Dashboard > Extra Fees - Click
Add New Fee - Name the fee:
Express Shipping Surcharge - Set Fee Type to:
Fixed - Enter Amount:
$10 Under Conditions, choose
Shipping Method, then select your express options
- Click
Save Fees At checkout, the surcharge is automatically applied when customers select express shipping

Alternate Flow
- If a customer selects standard shipping, the fee is not applied.
