How to create a min/max rule based on the product's sale price

The plugin allows you to apply minimum and maximum quantity limits based on a product’s sale or discounted price. For instance, if you set a rule that applies when the sale price is greater than or equal to $50, the rule will activate for products with a sale price that meets or exceeds this amount.

Note: This rule will only apply to products with an active sale or discounted price.

Steps to Create Product Sale Price-Based Rules:

  1. Go to the "Manage Rules" page in the plugin settings and click the "Add New" button to start creating a new rule.
  2. In the "Configuration" section, set the rule status (Active/Inactive) and assign a descriptive name to the rule, such as "Product Sale Price Specific Rule," to help you easily identify it later.

Admin: Set rule status and name
  3. In the "Advanced Rules > Conditions" section, select the "Sale Price" option and set the condition, such as "Sale Price greater than or equal to X" (where "X" is the desired price threshold).
  4. In the "Advanced Rules > Action" section, define the minimum and maximum quantity limits for the selected sale price condition.

Admin: Set sales price based condition and min/max limit
  5. Save your changes to apply the rule.

Example Use Cases:

High-Value Discounted Products: For premium products on sale, you may want to limit bulk purchases. For example, you could set a rule where, if the sale price is greater than or equal to $50, each customer can only purchase a maximum of 2 units to prevent over-purchasing of high-value discounted items.

Exclusive Sale Offer for High-Priced Items: If you’re running a promotion on luxury items, you might want to enforce a minimum purchase of 3 units for products with a sale price greater than $150 to encourage larger purchases and better sales during the promotion.
