How to enable the checkbox for privacy policy agreement on the request quote form?

Looking to include a privacy policy agreement on your quote request form? This option is for you.

Navigate to the Quote settings page and enable the "Privacy Policy" option. Once enabled, two new fields will appear to set the acceptance checkbox label and user privacy message.

In these fields, you can utilize shortcode "[terms]" for the Terms and Conditions page and "[privacy_policy]" for the Privacy Policy page (requires WooCommerce v3.4.0+). Using these shortcodes will dynamically set the links for the terms and privacy policy pages.
