How to send follow-up email on sample orders?

One of the most important features of the Product Sample for WooCommerce plugin is the capability to send a follow-up email to customers after they order a sample.

This will helps you to convert sample customers to paying customers and encourage them to order the full version of the products. As a result, an email can have a big impact on your sales.

Notes :- The follow-up email will be sent only for the sample orders. It is not sent when the customer only ordered standard or normal products. If the customer ordered a combination of samples and full products, then only the samples they ordered will be listed in the email.

Use the following instructions to enable and send the follow-up email on your sample orders.

  • Go to WooCommerce -> Orders. Then, Edit your sample orders.
  • Set follow-up email time in the Sample Follow Up Email Time field.

There are several options to set time which are listed below.

  • Minutes – Set time in minutes.
  • Hours – Set time in hours.
  • Days – Set time in days.
  • Weeks – Set time in weeks.
  • Months – Set time in months.

Note :- Email time count will start when you change the order status to completed.

You can also set the global time from the Sample Follow-Up Email section on the Sample Product Settings page.
