How to Cancel Orders or Put them on Hold, based on fraud score?
It is possible for WooCommerce store owners to cancel orders automatically or put them on hold, depending upon the Fraud Score of the user, as calculated by the automated process of the WooCommerce Fraud Prevention Plugin. To do so, follow the below-enlisted steps:
- Go to the General Settings of the WooCommerce fraud prevention plugin.
- To cancel orders automatically, set a Cancel Score.
- To put orders on hold automatically, set an On-Hold Score.
- Save settings by clicking the Save Changes button.
All the orders with the Fraud Score matching, or above the cancel/on-hold score, will be canceled or put on hold in your store after you save these settings.
