How to exclude On Sale products for discount

This feature is specially used based on the normal products only and it will exclude all the On Sale products.

Every discount rules exclude the On Sale products.

For eg.: if you add the quantity-based rules and Option selected to Exclude then it will count all the quantities except On Sale products.

In the above screenshot, if the cart contains a total product quantity of 15 and the On Sale product is 6 then it will consider the Quantity as (15-6 = 9) quantity and will not add the discount on the cart.
