How to change the order of rate shipping methods

Reorder shipping methods to match your business goals

Use this feature to change the display order of shipping methods so the one you prefer appears first.

For example, if multiple methods are available and you want the highest-cost option selected by default, move it to the top (or enable Default selected shipping if your plugin supports it).
