Open external URL as download or new window

Global settings - Open external URL as download or new window

This feature is generally used if there is a third-party plugin URL or attachments to open in a new window.

Default all the attachments are open in self window.

In the above screenshot, we can see that Youtube URL should open in a new window so we can't be lost our site page.
