Preconditions

• Flat Rate Shipping Plugin is installed and activated.
• You have at least one Flat Rate shipping method configured.
• You have an active coupon created in WooCommerce → Marketing → Coupons.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Flat Rate Settings
