  1. Go to Extra Fees > Add New Fee Rule

    Set the fee label as: Heavy Load Handling Fee

    Set the fee amount: Fixed – $50

    Under Conditional Rules, select:

    • Product Weight → is greater than → 25
  2. Choose applicable Products or Categories, e.g., Treadmills
  3. Click Save

Note: This fee will apply automatically when a customer adds a treadmill or any product over 25 KG.
