How to block user by address
Using the WooCommerce Fraud Prevention Plugin, store owners can block users based on their address, enhancing security measures and preventing fraudulent activities.
Step 1: Navigate to the plugin settings by clicking on "Blacklist Settings" -> "Address Blocking" in the plugin settings.
Step 2: In the Address Blocking settings section, enter the addresses you wish to block. You can input individual addresses or ranges of addresses.
Save your settings to apply the address-blocking rules.
Custom Message for Blocked Users
Additionally, you have the option to customize a message for users who are blocked due to address restrictions. This message will be displayed to users when they attempt to access your store.
Step 3: Scroll down to the "Custom Message" section in the Blacklist Settings.
Step 4: Enter your desired message for blocked users in the provided text field.
Save your settings to apply the custom message.
Example:
- Address Blocking Settings:
- 123 Main St
- 456 Elm St
- 789 Maple Ave
- Custom Message: "Access to this store is restricted for users in the specified address."
This configuration will block users with addresses matching the specified criteria and display the custom message to them when they attempt to access your store.
