How to apply a discount based on user total order amount range

This feature is used to apply the discount if the user's total order amount is reached to the specific amount mentioned in the rules.

In the above screenshot rules, it will check during checkout the previous all order total amount is more than $1999 or not. If more than that then it will add the discount for the current order.
