How to hide all shipping methods on the cart page

This feature is basically used once the users want to hide all the shipping methods from the cart page during the check-out process.

Default options for shipping methods on the cart page when no option is selected.

Screenshot - 3: (Cart page without displaying any shipping method)

Once this option is checked, it will hide all shipping methods on the cart page.
