How to add Hide Shipping Method rules and what are its components

First go to 'Hide shipping' > ‘Manage Conditional Hide Shipping Rules’ > click on ‘Add New’ button, as depicted in the image below.

Make selections from the various fields listed below as per your need and click on the Add Rule button. This will pop up multiple new options within the same form.
