How to Disable Cash on Delivery (COD) for Specific Products in WooCommerce
The Conditional Payment Methods for WooCommerce plugin lets you hide specific payment gateways based on various cart conditions, including individual products.
If you don't want customers to use Cash on Delivery (COD) when purchasing certain products, you can easily configure a payment rule in just a few steps.
Why Disable COD for Specific Products?
Disabling Cash on Delivery for selected products can help you:

Steps to Disable COD for Specific Products
Step 1: Create a New Payment Rule
Navigate to:
WooCommerce → Conditional Payment Methods
Click Add New Rule.
Step 2: Select the Payment Method to Disable
Under Disable Payment Methods, select:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
This tells the plugin which payment gateway should be hidden when the rule conditions are met.
Step 3: Add a Product Condition
In the Conditions section:
- Click Add Condition.
- Select Product Name.
- Choose the product or products for which you want to disable COD.
You can select one or multiple products in the same rule.
Step 4: Save the Rule
Click Save Rule.
Once the rule is active, customers who add any of the selected products to their cart will no longer see Cash on Delivery as an available payment method during checkout.

- Condition: Product Name
- Selected Products: Product A, Product B, Product C
Result:
When any of these products are added to the cart, the Cash on Delivery payment option is automatically hidden.
