How to Configure Origin Countries Rules

This section includes rules to analyze the origin of orders based on the customer’s country. It contains the following rules:


  • Is International Order?


    • Check if the order originates from outside your store’s home country.

  • Is Order from a High-Risk Country?


    • Check if the order originates from any country listed in the high-risk countries list.

  • Check High-Risk Countries Using User IP


This feature checks the user’s IP address to determine their country and verifies if it matches the provided address details. If the IP address and country details do not match, the rule will be applied, and the corresponding weight will be assigned to the order.
