How to Set Up First-Time Purchase Rules

These rules apply when a user attempts to make their first purchase and no previous orders have been completed in the store.


  • Check Customer's First Order


    • This rule applies when a customer provides unique details and their email address is not associated with any previous orders.


    • If the user is placing their first order, this rule will be triggered.


  • Check If the First Order is in Processing State


    • This rule applies when a customer has already placed one order that is still in the processing state (not completed) and attempts to place another order.


    • If the first order is still being processed, this rule will be triggered.



Once an eligible rule is applied, the corresponding weight will be assigned to the order.
