Prevent Order Placement for High-Risk Fraud Scores at Checkout

This feature blocks access to the checkout page for users identified as high-risk and displays a custom message defined in the "Message for Blocked Users" field.


The Fraud Score Check setting must be enabled to activate this feature and prevent order placement on the checkout page.


Before Payment Checking cases:

  • If Before Payment Checking is enabled:
    • The system will automatically calculate the fraud score based on predefined rules.
    • If the total score exceeds the High-Risk Score, the user will be blocked at the checkout page and shown a block message.

  • If Before Payment Checking is disabled:
    • Users will be allowed to place orders without any restrictions or block messages at the checkout page.
