How to translate shipping method by WPML Plugin

WPML is a popular plugin for translating the text within your website to various languages for your international customers. One of the benefits of the Advanced Flat Rate Shipping Method is that you can define regions across the world and offer varying shipping costs for each. But that means customers speaking different languages, so you will want to ensure that your titles translate accordingly.
